I'm a relative newcomer to the business of real estate, but as a resident of the county and SLO city for over 20 years, I have bought, sold, built, and renovated many properties. I know real estate from both a buyer's and a seller's perspective.
Before I earned my real estate license, I had a successsful career in advertising, marketing, copywriting, and editorial services in the publishing industry. I know how to use professional tools to market your home and get it sold for top dollar in the shortest possible time.
I'm trained in mediation and conflict resolution: Solving tough problems is my specialty!
I am a past member of Women's Council of Realtors; and edited its newsletter for two years. I have excellent contacts and relationships with my fellow Realtors® that I put to use to serve you.
I'm a member of both the National and California Association of Realtors® and adhere to their high ethical standards.
I graduated from UCSB with a B.A. in U.S. history and a minor in cultural anthropology.
